Summary
Pizzaholics is the local pizza place in Pune, India. It emphasizes on delivering pizzas to your doorsteps and creating a casual and fun dining experience in an affordable way.
Objetive
The objective of the project is to design the delivery app of Pizzaholics. I started off by understanding the business, the strategy, and went to conduct user interviews with 6 users who have used fast food app in the last 6 months. This is to find out the reasons why users use an app on their mobile to order and not through other means.
Starting with competitive analysis and User research with the findings from the interviews, I went through affinity mapping to find the ‘I’ statements. With the statement, I created 3 personas.

By going through the customer journey mapping, I identified opportunities in their unpleasant journeys. By using features prioritization, the opportunities fitted well for both business impact and customer’s needs.
Problem statement/s
As a health-conscious person, I need a way to choose the pizza base and toppings of my choice, so that I can avoid the ingredients I am not supposed to eat to lose weight.
As a sport-loving student, I need a way to affordable food delivery at home so that I can enjoy watching my sport at home with the food I love without spending much.
As an IT team leader, I need a quick way to order in bulk for the team so that I can get back to my important work without spending too much time on ordering food.
As a host of the party, I need a way to know how many people my bulk order can feed to, so that I can order the right amount of food without wasting.
As a busy working professional, I need a way to know the exact estimated delivery time before ordering so that I can be available to receive the delivery for my order.
As a new user of the app, I need a way to explore the menu without asking for registration, so that I would only register if I can have the pizza delivery of my choice in my time

With the prioritized features, we did wireframes and created the prototype in Invision. After carrying out the usability testing of the app, and 3 successful and 1 faild task I reiterated the prototype.
It was a challenging project to push me on accelerated learning to pick up and apply the new concepts (Persona, customer journey mapping etc) of UX quickly, planning in advance to accommodate team dynamics
